The tools that find contradictions cost lawyers $300 a document.

You shouldn't need a litigator's budget to know where the other side's paperwork falls apart. ScrubMyCase puts that same contradiction-finding power in your hands for $29 — written so a normal person can actually use it.

Built for both sides of the desk

The same engine, two kinds of user. Trusted enough for a working attorney, clear enough for someone facing court without one.

For attorneys & paralegals

"Let me run this through real quick."

  • A fast first pass before you bill hours on a review
  • Page-cited contradictions you can take straight to a depo
  • Paste the exact issue you're checking — get a direct answer
  • Pro & Firm plans for volume; documents never retained
For everyday people

Walk in knowing what's wrong.

  • Plain English — no legalese, no law degree required
  • See where the other side's story falls apart
  • Tell us your worry in your own words; we address it
  • $29 once — a fraction of an hour of a lawyer's time

Three steps. About ninety seconds.

1

Upload your document(s)

Drop in a PDF or a photo of each page — and add several at once to scrub a whole Case File and catch contradictions between documents.

2

Answer three questions

What is it, what's your role (victim, defendant, the one who filed…), and what state you're in. That's it.

3

Get your scrub report

A color-coded, plain-English report of every contradiction, gap, and red flag — plus the laws that may apply.

See exactly what we catch

This is one page of a real-style divorce affidavit. Watch what ScrubMyCase flags — the same things that cost people their fair share when nobody catches them.

1
serious Internal Contradiction

Income doesn't match the bank records

States $4,200/month, but the attached deposits show ~$6,800/month. The lower number quietly shrinks support and your share.

2
moderate Timeline Problem

Separation date can't be right

Claims separation in March 2025, yet the same document references a joint family vacation in May 2025.

3
serious Numbers Don't Add Up

Assets are short by ~$68,000

The itemized assets total about $312,000, but the declared estate is $244,000 — with no explanation for the gap.

Ten things we check on every page

Your document gets read through ten different lenses at once — the same things a careful attorney looks for, applied to every line.

Internal Contradictions

One part of the document directly conflicts with another part.

Timeline Problems

Dates or sequence of events that can't all be true.

Factual Gaps

Important facts that are missing or left unexplained.

Evasive Language

Hedging, vagueness, or 'I don't recall' patterns that dodge specifics.

Numbers That Don't Add Up

Money, dates, ages, distances, or counts that don't reconcile.

Unsupported Claims

Statements presented as fact with nothing backing them.

Conflicts With Your Account

The document contradicts what you told us about your situation.

Credibility Red Flags

Patterns that undermine the reliability of a statement.

Missing Required Items

Things a document of this type should contain but doesn't.

Laws That May Apply

Federal or state legal concepts the document touches on.

Built for the documents that decide your life

Each document type gets its own tailored scrub — a police report is read differently than a custody declaration.

Privacy is the product

Your ex's lawyer can't subpoena what we don't keep.

Lawyers are now telling people not to paste their divorce documents into ChatGPT — because it can be discoverable, it can waive privacy protections, and the chatbot may train on what you type.

ScrubMyCase is the opposite by design:

  • Your document is deleted right after your report is built.
  • We never train AI on your files.
  • We don't sell or share your data.
  • Nothing is left sitting around to be requested later.

Grounded in real law

We analyze your document. We don't invent cases.

AI has been caught making up fake legal citations in real court filings — some with five-figure fines. ScrubMyCase does the opposite: our AI names a legal concept, then a separate fact-check agent grounds it against real public legal sources — the official US Code, the federal regulations (eCFR), and the CourtListener case-law database. Every law we show links to a source you can open and read. Anything we can't verify is labeled a general concept — never a fabricated citation.

Questions people ask

What exactly does ScrubMyCase do?

You upload a legal document and answer three quick questions (what it is, your role, your state). Our AI reads every page and gives you a plain-English, color-coded report of every contradiction, timeline gap, missing fact, and red flag — plus the legal concepts that may apply.

Is this legal advice?

No. ScrubMyCase is a document-analysis tool. It points out what's in (or missing from) your document so you can make better decisions and have a sharper conversation with a licensed attorney. It never represents you or tells you what to do legally.

Is my document private?

Yes — and that's the point. Your file is processed to generate your report and then deleted. We don't train AI on your documents and we don't sell your data. There's nothing for anyone to subpoena later because we don't keep it.

Will it make up fake laws or cases?

No. Our AI names legal concepts only — it's forbidden from writing citations. A separate fact-check agent then grounds each concept against real public legal sources (the official US Code, the federal regulations/eCFR, and the CourtListener case-law database) and links you to the source. Anything it can't confirm is shown as a general concept with a search link — never an invented citation, and a final filter strips any stray fake citation from the text.

How much does it cost?

You can run a free preview that shows how many issues we found. A full report is $29. The Case File ($49) handles multiple documents at once and cross-checks them against each other. Frequent users have Pro ($79/mo, 5 Case Files/mo) and Firm ($199/mo, for small law offices) plans.

What kinds of documents can I scrub?

Divorce and custody papers, police reports, depositions, affidavits, witness statements, insurance claims and denials, contracts, medical records for claims, and court motions and filings.
