ScrubMyCase is an automated document-analysis tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. See our Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
You may upload only documents you have the legal right to submit. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that infringes others' rights, or that you are prohibited from sharing. You will not attempt to misuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Payments & refunds
Paid reports and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Zero-findings guarantee: before any purchase, the free preview discloses the number of issues detected in your document. If your paid report contains zero findings, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Because reports are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, and because your issue count is disclosed before you buy, all other sales are final. If a report fails to generate or returns empty due to an error on our side, contact us and we'll make it right. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and continue until the end of the current billing period.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any finding is accurate or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrubMyCase and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
