The short version
- We use your uploaded document only to generate your report, then we delete it.
- We do not train AI models on your documents.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- Report links expire after 24 hours.
What we collect
Your document. The file you upload is processed in memory to extract text and generate your report. The file itself is not stored after processing.
Your answers. Document type, role, state, and any optional context you provide are used to tailor your report.
Email (optional). If you ask us to email your report link, or you opt in, we store your email to send it and, if you consent, occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
How long we keep things
Generated reports are retained for up to 24 hours so you can view and save them, then removed. Uploaded files are not retained beyond the processing needed to create your report.
Third parties
We use a small number of processors to operate the service (for example, an AI provider to analyze text, Stripe for payments, and an email provider to deliver report links). They process data only to provide their function.
Your choices
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you, or unsubscribe from email, by contacting us via the contact page.
